There are so many fabulous new trends hitting stores for 2018 and the knotted top is definitely a favorite of ours!! If there is one thing we love it’s to look like we have tons of clothes in our closets, even though we don’t. Y’all know layering can just change your whole look easily from day-to-night looks and from warm day to cools nights.
Sometimes we struggle with just finding how to make our outfits look a little different and trendy, we all want to be a little ORIGINAL. Well, we’ve put together just a couple of ways we hope y’all can switch up your looks with a few closet staples…
Knotted top + swing dress

You just can’t go wrong with a swing dress. We wear them in the summer easily with sandals and in the winter with our tall boots or booties. You MUST have at least a couple in your closet. If not, put it on your list of things to bargain shop for!!
This dress was a great find from Francesca’s and was paired easily with tall caramel boots and statement earrings. It will look great in spring with some short booties or heeled sandals!!
Sometimes it’s nice to have something simple and cute to throw on for a date night or Sunday morning for church. Definitely recommend this!!
Knotted top + your favorite pair of jeans
There are SO MANY looks you can do with a knotted top and different jeans. We personally know how flare jeans and high waisted jeans pair GREAT with a knotted top and highly recommend!!
Knotted up for work
[As seen on: LoverlyGrey.com (Insta: loverlygrey)]
What you wear to work can sometimes be so tedious and boring. We’re sometimes at a lost as to what to pair for the everyday business clothes, but often it’s just finding small things to tweak and it’s like a brand new outfit! We love how the knotted top featured above can be worn with a simple pencil skirt. Feel free to try it with work pants too!!
The biggest thing to remember with new styles is, TRY IT! If one style is not for you, may be another is!
